Research
tasks:
We devote to developing
quantitative & technical economics and studying the important
economics problems. We provide scientific basis for policy-making of the
State Council and service as consultant for the policy decision of the
central & local government departments, industries and companies.
Research
fields:
Theories, methods, & applications of
quantitative and technical economics, including analysis and forecast of
China¡¯s economic situations, economic models, economic system analysis,
economic cycles theory, environment economics, sustainable development
theory, resources (human resource included) economics, technical economics
theory & measure methods, analysis & evaluation of engineering projects,
knowledge-based economics & technical innovation, information basis &
economic development, layout of area progress, town development etc.
Achievements:
During
the past 20 years, we fulfilled 30-odd key projects of state, 20-odd key
projects of department, & 20-odd projects by cooperating with foreign
noted research organizations. We published a batch of works with great
social influence, Such as < analysis and forecasts of china¡¯s
economic situations, 1991-1999>(state science & technical progress
2nd award, 10 best sellers of economic category), <economics
of China, to the 21st century>(state five-one engineer reward),
<technical progress & industry structure>(state science &
technical progress 2nd award), < technical progress &
industry develop across century>, <technical innovation, the reform
& restructure of country system>, <CGE model & policy
analysis of China>, <economic fluctuation & macro-policy¡¯s
